The Company

Since it's inception,  Hewatt Earthworks has strived for excellent workplace relations, both internally with our staff and subcontractors, and externally with our clients, supervising engineers and statutory authorities.

We meet or exceed all award conditions for our staff and comply with any site agreements applicable to a project that may have been negotiated with the principal or major contractor. We have a certified EBA with our employees.

Most of our staff are long-term employees, having been with the firm for five to twelve years and we enjoy long term working relationships with the majority of our subcontractors and consultants.
