Workshop

Hewatt Earthworks operates a fully equipped workshop and employs qualified mechanical engineers, mechanical fitters and boiler makers. Staff safety is paramount and all necessary protective equipment is utilised.

With a fleet of over 130 plant and equipment items, this highly skilled team services and repairs trucks, dozers, scrapers, excavators, crushers, graders, rollers, vehicles and a range of smaller plant items and equipment. Of note is the team’s ability to design and build specialised tools to meet the requirements of certain repair tasks.

The workshop also utilises CAT software for the maintenance and troubleshooting of problems for our extensive Caterpillar fleet.
